Learn About Direct Billing, Our Fees, And The BCDA Fee Guide
We charge according to the BCDA fee guide and direct bill insurance
The cost of dental care is often a barrier that prevents individuals from getting the services that they need. In one survey of Canadian adults, nearly half of all respondents indicated that they had either delayed or avoided going to the dentist, had been unable to get dental treatment, or had dealt with a financial burden due to the cost of dental care.
At West Broadway Dentist, we want to make sure you’re getting the preventative and restorative treatments you need. That’s why we offer competitive prices, direct insurance billing, and many payment options. We’re committed to working closely with our patients to make it as easy as possible for them to keep a bright, healthy smile.

We Use The BCDA Fee Guide
At West Broadway Dentist, we charge based on the British Columbia Dental Association (BCDA) Fee Guide for most of our procedures.
Our entire billing system aligns with the BCDA, which allows us to offer some of the lowest prices in Vancouver, so you can get the dental care you need without taxing your budget.
What Is the BCDA Fee Guide?
The BCDA Economics Committee reviews its recommended dental fees annually and provides practitioners with guidance as to the suggested price for over 1,400 dental procedures. When determining these fees, the BCDA considers
Convenient Payment Methods
West Broadway Dentist accepts all major payment methods. We take VISA, MasterCard, debit cards, cash, and personal cheques. We require a full payment of your portion of any dental treatments after each visit. If you’d like to receive more information about what this amount will be, just give us a call before your visit and we can give you more detailed personalized information.
If you’re looking for an affordable way to handle your dental health, contact West Broadway Dentist today. We’ll help you navigate the complexities of dental care, so you can get exactly what you need for as little as possible.
Direct Insurance Billing
We believe in simplifying your experience and making it as easy as possible to get the dental care you need. Our office staff provides direct billing, so you only have to pay the difference between your insurance coverage and the price in the BCDA Fee Guide. We accept all insurance plans for direct billing with the exception of NIHB. Patients with NIHB insurance are asked to pay upfront and file for reimbursement.
If you have questions about your insurance coverage, our front office staff is happy to help. We can reach out to your insurance provider and find out exactly what your costs will be for your recommended treatment plan. We understand that coordinating dental care isn’t always easy, and we strive to go above and beyond to make this is a convenience and comfortable experience for you.
